  • What are the advantages of using an independent service facility like yours?
  • Service is all we do. Because we don't pump gas or sell groceries, our focus is on one thing; and that is keeping your car running in top condition.

  • Cars today use computers to control so many things. What equipment do you have to diagnose my car's computer systems?
  • We're equipped with Mastertec diagnostic equipment for computer repairs. We also us Hunter equipment for state-of-the-art wheel alignments; and the Mitchell 1 management system for detailed factory information about your car.

  • Is transportaion available if my car will have to be left?
  • Yes, we're happy to take you home or to work if it's nearby.

  • Am I able to request a certain mechanic?
  • Yes, if he's in and if you let us know your preference in advance, we're happy to assign your car to whomever you'd like.

  • Am I able to have my car brought to you by AAA?
  • Yes, you certainly may request that they bring your car here.

  • What is your warranty policy for repairs?
  • All repairs are warranted for both parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles - whichever comes first.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
  • We accept all major credit cards, and personal checks from our regular customers.

  • What if I have to bring my car in when you're not open?
  • Park your car in one of the parking spaces around our perimeter. Be sure to remove all valuables before locking it securely. Our key drop is in the front of our building just left (south) of the main entrance door. Leave one of your car's door keys (and the ignition key if they're different), along with a note letting us know which car the key(s) belong to. Also be sure to include a note with your name, and a number where we can reach you.
